DMCA Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid notice of claimed infringement, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
  2. Forward the written notification to the alleged infringer.
  3. Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

If the alleged infringer provides us with a counter-notification containing the elements set forth in the DMCA, we may choose to replace the removed material. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, it is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
